TIM CUTLER

Tim Cutler is Palm Springs to the core and has a ton of enthusiasm for desert living. He graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and soon went into the restaurant business where he developed his keen business acumen and his relentless focus on the customer experience.

Tim has made his whole career centered on providing stellar customer service, and after leading teams for some of the top retail businesses in the country Tim turned his focus towards his passion for real estate and design.

Since starting his real estate career Tim has excelled at navigating the complexities of the real estate business while maintaining his high level of client service. In his first year Tim was awarded The Rookie of the Year from the Palm Springs Regional Association of Realtors and has continued to grow his business year after year.

When Tim isn’t showing properties, working in the office, or mentoring new agents you can probably find him on the tennis court, hiking, biking, and enjoying all the outdoors activities that make Palm Springs so special.

Born and raised in Southern California, Deb has always had a passion for architecture, interior design and fashion. Being an outdoor enthusiast, she moved to the High Sierras where she became the clothing buyer for Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. Delivering stellar customer service at a destination resort and working with vendors in this competitive industry helped sharpen her negotiating & sales skills.

Deb’s love of the desert brought her back to Palm Springs when she partnered up with a real estate investment group acting as the designer and project manager on numerous large scale renovation projects. She reimagined several homes in Racquet Club Estates, Indian Canyons and The Mesa. These homes over several years all made their debuts during Modernism Week as part of Modern on the Market Tours.

Her design work on a Charles DuBois home in Vista Las Palmas caught the eye of Palm Springs Life Homes Magazine. The home hosted an event for over 200 “Best of the Best” top real estate professionals as well as a feature article in the magazine. This helped pave the path and led Deb to get her real estate license.
